It can be hard to build community in the age of endless scroll, political divisiveness, and the everyday busy-ness of life. But there is nothing more important than coming together to share experiences, to learn, to grow, and to change our world for the better.
That is why Let’s Fix This is committed to building and strengthening community organizations and individual relationships.
We have four exciting community-building projects that we are working to expand throughout the state:
Civic Culture Book Club
Book clubs across Oklahoma reading and talking about civic life together.
Democracy Drinks
A monthly happy hour to meet neighbors and talk about what’s facing your community.
Potlucks for the People
Host a simple potluck for friends and neighbors. We provide the toolkit.
Voting is Good for Business
Oklahoma businesses pledging to give employees the time and information they need to vote.
