The August election will have something for EVERY VOTER:

• State questions. ALL voters, including Independents and Libertarians, get to vote on these measures:

  • SQ 844 - makes changes to how cities and counties are reimbursed for tax credits to manufacturing facilities.

  • SQ 846 - moves Oklahoma’s voter ID law from statute (“regular law”) into the state Constitution.

• Republican primary run-off elections - Voters who are registered as Republicans will be voting to choose the Republican nominees for specific positions.

• Democratic primary run-off elections - Voters who are registered as Democrats will be choosing their nominees for specific races.
