Next Election: NOVEMBER 3, 2026
The November 3 election is a general election and is open to all registered voters from all political parties and Independents. Ballots will contain many races, including:
Statewide offices (e.g. Governor, Lieutenant Governor, Attorney General, State Superintendent, and others)
Federal offices (e.g. U.S. Senate, all five Congressional seats)
State legislative offices (i.e. Oklahoma State Senate and State House of Representatives)
County offices (e.g. County Commissioners, District Attorney, County Assessors, County Treasurers, etc.)
Judicial offices (certain district and state court judges and justices)
State questions
SQ 845 - makes changes to the voter-created Judicial Nominating Committee by removing safeguards that limit political partisan influence.
