Next Election: NOVEMBER 3, 2026

The November 3 election is a general election and is open to all registered voters from all political parties and Independents. Ballots will contain many races, including:

  • Statewide offices (e.g. Governor, Lieutenant Governor, Attorney General, State Superintendent, and others)

  • Federal offices (e.g. U.S. Senate, all five Congressional seats)

  • State legislative offices (i.e. Oklahoma State Senate and State House of Representatives)

  • County offices (e.g. County Commissioners, District Attorney, County Assessors, County Treasurers, etc.)

  • Judicial offices (certain district and state court judges and justices)

  • State questions

    • SQ 845 - makes changes to the voter-created Judicial Nominating Committee by removing safeguards that limit political partisan influence.

You can find information about the duties of the offices and the state questions that will be on the ballot below. More information will be added as it becomes available as we approach the election.
